"It is very rare to see a 5.0 business, so I am assuming they delete the bad reviews. I was with them for over a year with auto and house. It began immediately with them not contacting my mortgage (they said they would). They started the policies on different days (weeks apart, no idea why) when cancelling they also cancelled car and auto weeks apart. Waited weeks for a refund. They all seem to not know what’s going on in the office and promise they are going to do things and don’t. This is a nice comment compared to the 50 phone calls made having to deal with them for about 13 months."
